What we do not collect

This site has no user accounts, forms, newsletter or comment section. We never ask for your name, e-mail address or payment details. Ticket purchases take place entirely on our ticketing partners' websites.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, an EU-hosted analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify you. The aggregated information (page views, country, device type, referring site) is used solely to understand how the site is used.

Google Tag Manager and Google Ads

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which may activate Google Ads conversion-measurement tags. These tools use cookies and identifiers that allow Google to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd under its privacy policy. These tags may set cookies as soon as the page loads. You can object by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or by turning off ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Ticketing partners

Booking links take you to Tiqets and, for some tours, to GetYourGuide. These links contain a partner identifier that lets the platform attribute a commission to us if you buy; it contains no personal data. Once you are on their sites, your data is governed by their own privacy policies: Tiqets, GetYourGuide.

Server logs

As with any website, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date, browser) needed for security and the proper operation of the service. They are retained for a limited period and are not used for commercial purposes.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, you can e-mail us. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
